Refund Policy

Unfortunately, all sales are FINAL and there are NO refunds as the majority of our products are handmade and/or made to order. 
The ONLY refunds we process are for one of a kind items that have already sold in our physical store.

Missing or Damaged Items

Items lost or damaged by USPS in transit will be reimbursed as approved by the USPS insurance claim. You must submit photo proof for Kaleidoscope Kollective to process the claim with USPS. The claim MUST be approved by USPS in order to be eligible for reimbursement.
